Hannah and her team specialise in Pilates, Yoga and Bootybarre (barre classes that fuse ballet technique, Pilates fundamentals and yoga with cardio intervals) and are helping many people not only get in shape and tone and strengthen but more importantly overcome back, joint and arthritic problems or prevent them through movement and Pilates.
